PRODUCTS AND CONDITION

We sell vintage, antique and pre-owned items. Please read each description and examine the photographs before purchasing. Age-related wear and known imperfections are described in the listing. Disclosed wear does not affect your rights if an item has another fault or is not as described.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices include applicable VAT. The currency, shipping charges and total payable are displayed before you complete your purchase. Payment is made using the options available at checkout.

SHIPPING

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Any stated delivery estimate is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will contact you if an item becomes unavailable or there is a delay.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or local charges may apply under the destination country's rules. These are not included unless expressly stated.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your item. Notify us of your decision, for example by emailing [email protected]. Include your name and order details so we can identify your purchase.

Send the goods back to the return address above within 14 days after notifying us. You pay the direct return shipping costs when returning an item because you have changed your mind. Pack fragile items securely.

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

When you withdraw from the whole order, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.

We issue the refund using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold it until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match its description, please contact us. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us investigate shipping damage.

We cover necessary return costs for a valid complaint. Your statutory rights to remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
